Review content:
From my initial phone call speaking with Jeff, to our last hand-shake, my experience with Scruggs Automotive was a 5 Star one. Jeff got me in right away and took care of what i believed was needed. I've had the Sienna for close to 10 Years and pretty much knew what it needed. Jeff agreed and pointed out a couple of other issues he addressed as well. I've given up on Toyota, and only because the last time i drove off after a service call. I was missing a wheel cover and windshield wiper blade. The Automobile Business is a tough one no matter which end you deal in, I know that. I sold cars for Culligan Toyota, Lincoln, and Mercury in the 90's. But I was also the Customer Service manager at the American Museum of Natural History in NYC. Believe me, I know great Customer Service' when I see it. The customer really only wants to feel like they were treated fairly, honestly and that's what I experienced at Scruggs. I'll be back.
