ZERO stars deserved. Horrible. Beyond disappointed. I DO NOT recommend this company but if you decide to use them, please watch the contract you sign, verify it is everything promised, IN WRITING; including ALL specifications, manufacturer and style of windows you are signing for. CYA because they will cover theirs.
The installers were great but if they leave ANY damage, dirt or marks, take pictures before they leave as the office staff will call you a liar.
Being trusting and a first time window buyer, I believed what Bryan said, promised & sold us on during the estimate would be what was installed, lesson learned...I was wrong. They (Scott, sales manager) offered to come out & cut up the windows and install what we were told came standard but did not, what they failed to tell us is it would void the warranty.
Pay attention to the reviews, we didn't and got screwed.
Disgusting experience overall; from start to finish.
