Review content:
This contractor will under-bid his competitors and have you sign a contract with timelines that he will not meet. Instead, he'll show up on occasional Fridays to muscle you for additional money so that he can pay his crew. Because he cuts corners, his materials are shoddy and his workmanship is poor. I had to call in another contractor to fix his work. He seldom shows up when he says he will. His crews work, with little supervision and usually leave after an hour or two when Brendan swears they will work all day. His "carpenters" have minimal carpentry skills. Unless you know exactly how the job is supposed to be done and can hold his feet to the fire at every stage of the project, don't hire this man.
