We met with Robert who was extremely knowledgeable about the different mattress choices, friendly and easy to work with throughout the process of purchasing our new mattress and ergo base. There were no high pressure sales and we felt comfortable taking our time to test out the options. I love that Purrfect Mattress gives us 30 days to make sure that we purchased the best mattress or we can exchange for a different model if we aren't completely happy. Can't recommend this company or Robert highly enough! A+ experience.
