Made an appointment for pick up 5 days ago, Morning for it arrived waited, the time passed. Called firm, told TOO BUSY no pick up, wouldn't even call to cancel the pick up.
Prior to that, they said changed oil and greased the Mule. I removed tires and needed a hammer and screwdriver to chip the caked mud off the grease points. They didn't grease it as they said they had. Taking my business elsewhere.
