My experience was an absoulte night mare. My son and I purchased a new truck on 8/6/10. We signed contract put our money down. Salesman and Finance very clear on what we could do. We received a call that they needed copies of our pay checks. On Saturday 8/14/10 we took them in at that time we were told that there may a need for more money down. Saleman Danny said Ron would call me. I received a call on Sunday 8/15/10 that they needed $1900 down before the end of the month. Since I would not guartnee that amount we had to take the new truck back and get his old one back...\r How does that work? So now the truck is no longer consider new so I think it would have been better for Southtowne to fix their mistake and let him keep the truck. \r We may just be two
