I would never recommend this to anyone. The plumber was extremely dishonest. We had a home inspection done and the home inspector found a leak at the connection of one of the pipes. The inspector took a picture of the pipe to document it and show it to us. It was recommended that the leak be fixed by a professional. So we called them and scheduled a time. The plumber looked at the report and checked it out. After a few minutes he came up from the crawl space with a picture on his phone of the pipe being completely disconnected. He claimed that the pipe was completely broken and that we needed the full laundry line replaced. We stopped using our washer till we had another opinion. When my husband went down with the other worker for the second opinion they could not find a pipe that was disconnected. They discovered that the plumber had intentionally removed the pipe to look like it was completely broken, took a picture, and slid the pipe back into its connection. He quoted $1,297 to do the most basic repair. He also continued through my whole house giving me estimates to do things that later finding out were not necessary. All the pipe needed was a new connector and to have it solidly glued. It only cost a few dollars to fix and hardly any time to do it. If you do go with this company ask that you do not get Matt F ask your technician/plumber.
Also, I called and asked why their estimates are so high. We had an electrician quote us $700 for 2 hours of work. He was very nice and professional but the parts to do that simple job were $27. The teller on the phone said that you really aren't paying much for the job/labor/parts but that you are mostly paying for all of their marketing. Two of their employees admitted to the same thing and admitted that their prices and estimates are too high and they can't compete with other businesses because they are too high. So do your homework before you agree to any of their work being done.
