They really get you on the labor charges like the other reviewer stated. They feel just because they have a card with labor time clocked in then that's enough to charge exorbitant hours to do small jobs. First quote was $450 so I decided not to fix a 100 dollar part because I couldn't afford it at this time. So that means the quote is $350. When I got there it was $540. There response is here's the card with the labor clocked on it so ""it is what it is"". Also, when I asked to talk to service mgr and I told him that I was concerned about the labor cost his response was ""Everyone's concerned about the labor"" I think that says a lot right there. All around unhappy.
