Recently I had that dreaded experience of having my air conditioning stop working. I had a lot of anxiety because I knew my unit was old and the thought of having to purchase a new unit was a bit overwhelming. All my worries were set aside when Brian inspected our unit. I did in fact need a new unit and Brian was able to walk me through all of my options , without any high pressure sales. He took his time and answered any question I had. Shanklin should be proud to have employees like Brian. Tremendous service. I would recommend to anyone. Also the financing options were incredible. Then the install team of Steve and Mike were just as fantastic, Professional, helpful, fast and efficient. I wish all service companies were like this.
