Lee Hatchette was our technician for AC service and did an excellent job. He arrived on time, and was quick to diagnose the problem with our old PTAC unit. He explained our options for service and/or replacement. Since replacement was the only viable option we decided on a new unit. Lee priced the unit and was very fast in getting the new unit and installing it (the same morning)!! His work was neat and clean-up was perfect. We found Lee to be friendly, very knowledgable, and pleasant to deal with. I would recommend Lee Hatchette and Thomas HVAC to anyone. Top notch service, top notch company and top notch products.
