I have been a customer of Horticare for years. They have landscaped and done weekly maintenance on my yard and landscape beds. From the owners to their staff they have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They provide subpar workmanship and could care less about the customer. Their follow through and staff who have no idea what they do. For example they were supposed to weed my beds and had no idea how to it and removed plants that were still alive instead of the dead ones. The "finished product" was laughable at best. In the attempts to talk to owners they never return call or hang up on me even though I have spent thousand of dollars on their services. In closing the suck more that a Hoover vacuum
