When we decided to move to Mansfield, we wanted to buy a house and have it when we moved there. We were living north of Philly at that time.
We searched the web and found a few realtors in Mansfield who we contacted and discussed our need and wants in regards to houses.
We had set up a few weekends where we came into town and would look at some properties. We worked with a few realtors before we got to Haring. We had some experiences with some of the realtors that we will not go into which is why we ended up with Haring Realtors.
From the first email to Haring, we received excellent customer service. The realtor discussed our needs, what WE wanted in pricing and location. She set up dates, and faxed us copies of properties that she would suggest we look at when we arrived, as they fit into the size, style, pricing and locations we desired. She would set appointments for our time spent in town and we never had to worry about what we would see or if we would see any properties
