Review content:
I have a very sick little pup and had to stay overnight in Knoxville while he was being watched at UT Vet Hospital. \r

When I booked the hotel - I didn't realize how far out it was. I just read Knoxville/West and figured it would be around West Town Mall area. This is my fault and I was in a hurry to pack, book a hotel and get my dog to Knoxville. \r
\r
The guy at the front desk was very friendly! I booked for 2 nights because I work remotely and needed the internet all day Monday. UT wound up releasing my dog Monday afternoon so I left. I knew I wouldn't get a refund on that night, but I was okay with that because of how much it cost and the fact that I did use the room/internet all day until about 5pm.\r
\r
The internet signal was great (which was very important). There were plenty of channels to watch on the tv and the rooms have been nicely updated (well everything but that horrible print - but hey - that's just an opinion lol).\r
\r
They have a very nice pool area too. I was right by the pool entrance and there were people using the pool rather late - but was able to ignore them with a fan that I purchased at the nearest walmart. I need white noise and hotel rooms are usually just too quiet for my taste anyways. \r
\r
The breakfast was the standard hotel breakfast. Packaged pastries, toast, bagels, cereal and a waffle station, and rather good coffee (with itty bitty cups) - nothing spectacular, but enough to fuel some energy for the work day, pick up the pup and for the 2.5 hour drive back to Nashville.
