I called Westles Service Dept. and talked with Mr. Mike Lee about my problems and concerns with my new 2017 F150 pickup and it's leaking oil out onto my garage floor and leaving puddles of oil. He was very accomodating and asked me to bring it by in the morning and that they could put it up on the hoist and see what the problem for sure was. The next morning I took it in around 8a.m. and Mike took charge then in getting a mechanic to look it over. They found it to be leaking around the oil pan. Asked me to bring it by the next morning and they would take care of it. I dropped it off at 8 a.m. and by 2 p.m. Mike called me to say that my pickup was ready for me to pick up. All went very smooth and everyone at Westlies involved were outstanding to deal with. That's the way I like to be taken care of! Bill Mitchell, Minot
