Businiess name:  Corral's Mercedes and BMW repair

Review content:
I have been a customer of Corrals for a couple of years. I have had numerous repairs from the basic oil change to broken axels. For the most part they are decent They offer prompt FAIR service (middle of the road, not the best, but will get you back on the road). I have notice a couple of things over the years... their prices are extremely high.... ridiculous to tell you the truth!!. if I wanted to spend a 1000+ dollars every time I needed to service my car I would just take it to actual BMW dealership. There prices have become way to high. My stick to keep my hood open has come up missing and no one has gone under the hood but Corrals. I took it in one day for a simple repair and the next day it wouldn't start. Had it towed back to Corrals and to find out it was a minor fix. Which they charged me an additional 100 for about 5 minutes of work for a piece that had supposedly come off (or did they just accidently knock it off the day before) The owner and his son for the most part are knowledgeable about foreign cars. However the new ppl they hired I do not have any confidence in. They misdiagnosed my car and gave me a bill a couple of buccs shy of a 1000. Once I had them re-evaluate they came back with a bill for half the amount of the first one...Lol. I wanted to like this place an be a long term customer so bad, but I do not feel comfortable taking my car here any longer. I do not feel Corrals is trust worthy honest mechanics. The last couple of times that I have been here I feel as if Corrals is chasing the all mighty dollar. I understand its a business but there thirst for cash is so obvious. If you don't mind dishing out money for middle of the road service and don't mind them talking crap to you if you have a question about their diagnosis then please go here. But if you truly care about your vehicle and are looking for a fair price honest long term mechanic DO NOT GO HERE
