My wife and I made the normal calls when doing a large house project: Home Depot, Ads we've seen in the newspapers, Yelp suggestions, and American Vision Windows whose ad we have heard on the radio. We were most impressed with the AVW presentation and their thoughtfulness and concern for us as customers. We paid a little bit more than we would have at Home Depot, but we definitely got better windows and much nicer frames, better customer service, more options, and more attentive service. Don Adams, Tim Thelan, Oscar, Mark, and everyone else involved were great to work with. We are very happy with our windows, they look great, and we plan on enjoying them for a long time to come. I couldn't recommend them more (and I already have to my neighbors).
