Review content:
From the first phone call to the final service, this company performs. The Consultant warned that with home improvements, there are always obstacles, and if we let him know about any problems, He would assure it was taken care of. He Did.
One of the windows was manufactured wrong and American Vision Windows was able to rush order a replacement and we were able to have the job finished a week later. The crews were outstanding. We have very nice floors, and they protected them, cleaned up after themselves, and were not in a huge hurry to get out of there at the end of the day. This was a two day job and they did their best not to put us out.
One of the windows had a crack in it a few months later. They ordered the new glass and had it installed within two weeks with no charge at all. It was the least I could do to give them a great review. As I read some of these other reviews, I can tell many of these people just don?t get it. No Company is perfect, but this company will do
