American Vision Windows is the worst company I have ever dealt with.\r

I had just bought a house and was moving in a month later. The house needed all new windows and doors, plus window treatments (there were none on any window). I went with American Vision Windows because I fell for their radio ads, thought they were a good family-run company and would give great customer services. Boy was I wrong!\r

Why not to use American Vision Windows.\r

1. Bad mouthed all my neighbors new windows and said they'd never sell me an inferior product (Milgard Windows), however AVW sells any brand of window (including Milgard) and they are a middle man, not a manufacturer. (AVW marks up the window, and then the Sales Rep marks it up again to make his profit. Skip this and go directly to a manufacturer like Milgard).\r
2. The sales man lied to me and said he was the Vice President of the company and was giving me employee discounts. Not true.\r
