Very poor customers service, except for Stephanie. Lisa is probably family to Bill and Kathleen, because she does whatever she wants. She receives the faxed in paperwork, ie HOA approval papers, etc. We asked if she would notify us when she received our papers. She told us that her phone fax machine was having problems. On our fourth phone call asking if they received the fax (because they never received it) Stephanie asked, why are you calling for Lisa? We explained, and Stephanie says, "I'll call you when we get the fax. Stephanie gives us the good news. 2 days later, they call and claim they never got the HOA approval. In the middle of my rant, they say oh here it is forget this call. The installer came out on time measured and took the required 50% of the total amount. Thurs. AM I get a call from Oscar the supervisor who schedules the install he asks for Tues 5-31-11, I say okay. My wife cannot take off, nor can I, so Friday we called to reschedule. My wife talks to Os
