I don’t normally write reviews and certainly don’t recommend lightly, BUT I feel I have to provide a review for American Vision Windows to help future customers make an educated decision. I ended up using 2 separate companies when replacing my windows just due to timing, and I really wish I could have used American Vision Windows for everything. From the very start of the process American Vision Windows knocked it out of the ball park. Don Adams was our sales person, but he is more than just sales. He is extremely knowledgeable about the products, installation and what can and can’t be done. Don will stand his ground and direct you to a solution that works, rather than sit there and just say yes, yes, yes and let the installers take the heat when the solution doesn’t work. Don was also there after the sales contract was signed if we had any questions and didn’t just disappear once he had made the sale. We picked the Anlin windows with all of the upgrades and I have to say having looked at Milgard and many other brands in their showroom, Anlin are by far the best window available. Such an amazing product. Following placing the order, we were contacted by customer service keeping us in the loop the entire way through to the installation date. Dates and times were set for installation and their installation crew (company employed NOT contractors) turned up early and ready to start at the scheduled time. We installed 10 windows in total, all of which were installed in 1 day. The installation was quiet, clean and very professional. The crew removed and re-installed all window blinds and left the areas as clean as when they started using drop cloths all through the house. We had a very complex install in the kitchen where a picture window was being replaced with a bay window which also included cutting granite. This was a big challenge and the installer Tim took his time, planned every phase of the work he was doing to ensure mistakes were not made and basically customizing a solution on site to work around the challenges. The end solution was an amazing window, finished beautifully which far exceeded our expectations. Tim also installed a new energy efficient front door with side panels, again exceeding expectations as far as cleanliness, timeliness and professionalism. I will tell you the Anlin windows do cost a little more than other lower quality windows but in my opinion, you get what you pay for and they are well worth the slightly higher price and using the most professional company I have ever used. Every aspect of dealing with American vision Windows was a complete pleasure, from Sales (Don Adams), to the installation (Tim and crew), to visiting the showroom and being made to feel welcome and special. It is so nice to know there are still companies out there with integrity, and that still value their customers and show it by providing exceptional customer service. I would definitely buy from American Vision Windows again.\r
