I love my new windows! I just wish the customer service was a little better. We went to the showroom and really appreciated the brief education on windows our salesperson gave us. We liked the price, so we went ahead and signed the contract. The contractor who came out to re-measure (we had done our own measurements) was very knowledgeable; we had to make some changes, so he left a message for our salesperson. Long story short, it was almost a week later before he got back to us because he was out of town. I don't know if he was the only one that would've been able to help us or if we could've talked to someone else. It would've been nice if the salesperson had a substitute available for us. \r

The installation was excellent. The crew covered our floors and furniture very well. All the windows were done in less than a day! Another guy was supposed to come out and finish a wall the next day (we had a window frame made smaller). My husband waited at home, but he didn't show up. It turned out that there was a scheduling error and he wouldn't be out for a few days (it was a holiday the day after). \r

Again, I have to say that the windows are amazing -- we bought Anlin with argon gas in between and I can finally sleep without hearing my neighbors talk in their backyard. I would've given this company 5 stars if it weren't for the unexpected waiting we had to do.
