We have been going to Dr. Townsend for about 4 years now, and we usually have nothing but great things to say about our visits. However, this last time was less than great. Dr. Townsend and his crew are wonderful, and the service and attention provided to my daughter were amazing, as usual, but it was the scheduling that upsets me. My daughter came in for a cleanning in March, and I was told she had a cavity. Long story short, after losing and regaining dental insurance, I called the first part of september to get an appointment to get her tooth fixed. The office staff was very polite, and I explained exactly what i was needing (my daughter's tooth fixed). I got an appointment within 2 weeks. I take a 1/2 day off from work, keep my daughter out of school, and get to the office, and get her cleanning. No cavity fill. Dr. Townsend tells me she has a cavity (which is why i originally came), and told me I need to come back to get it filled. When I get to the front to make the appo
