My wife and I are moving after 23 years and we needed a storage facility near our home for a few large items. Douglas Silva guided us through every step with a smile and extreme patience. He answered every question cheerfully, even after we asked twice :) Later I was having difficulty closing a latch on our unit. I called him and he said he would be there in 2 minutes. He was probably there in less time, very happy to help. By that time I had figured it all out, but he gladly went over it again with me. I would HIGHLY endorse this establishment, and he is a credit to it.
