I am sorry this has taken so long to answer, we've been sick!!!! We think youall are Great! The woman at the register was so nice and welcoming (in this age of no one cares, she is a great reflection of your store when you come in). The ladies in the tailoring room were extremely nice and helpful!!! They told me they would 'try' to fix my crushed zipper pull (probably $10.00), or if they had to change the zipper it would be around $30.00 or so --- since I received the jacket for free, I didn't mind the extra cost. Imagine when we picked up the jacket and found it was only $10.00 and they did a great job of fixing it. Whenever we have 'cleaner/fix/mend' clothes, I will always visit you and your great ladies! We moved here from PA a few years ago, and I'm sorry it took so long to find you!!!
