Review content:
We have had numerous updates and repairs to our home over the last 10 plus years. We have spent a total of $80,000 plus dollars. This is by far the worst business we have ever dealt with. The "handyman" Matt was claiming hours of labor that they were not here working, The job was poorly done. See photos of the gaps left between the PVC wrapping to the wood beams and the wood boarding. Also, there is apparent warping to the beams and a area of wood is left exposed. Notice a flapped nailed piece of metal with a jagged edge was also left. Never once have they ever addressed our issues but demanded their money. It took us months to get them to understand they had double billed us. Even though we had the invoices. At one point they came up with forged signature after we insisted for a month that we needed to see what labor hour and for what days they were coming up with an additional $1350. Then the repair worker Matt showed up at our home without notice or approval, while we were not here. He entered our garage without permission too. We have the emails and pictures the worker sent to us with the date and time. They claimed we gave Matt access to our home via code and a key?....We NEVER did this...and we have no "code" to access our home. They also placed a lien on our home! I was able to dispute this and get it removed because it had been over 60 days since their last day of work. The owners stated they did not know the law in Indiana on mechanic liens? Would think that this is a major element to their business since they mention the mechanics lien and the customer should be knowledgeable about the liens. They sure aren't. We are applauded at the sarcasm from the owner when we questioned the billed labor hours. We were told that they bill outside of scheduled labor days for billing purposes. We also paid for over $450 of supplies purchased with our card by the worker. Nothing but some pvc wrap was left. Would avoid these people at all cost.
