TruGreen are the biggest scam and rip offs in the bussiness today!! They have screwed me over 3 times now and yes its my fault for letting it happen to me more than once but I thought after talking to the manager I wouldnt have any more problems. They say that they come and spray your yard but the last bill I got which I did not request was in late December with 3 inches of snow on the ground and they told me I owe them $45 for a lawn treatment!! Now who in their right minds treat the yard thats snow covered!!! Once I got the bill for this I was crazy mad and ended up speaking to yet another manager and after spending 45 minutes on the phone he told me that he would take care of removing this off my bill. After I hung up I so thought everything would be taken care of but now 2 weeks later I get a call from a rude collections department woman from TruGreen stating I had an outstanding balance of $45!!!
