I don't know where to begin. :) Tommy was way beyond OUTSTANDING with his professionalism and personality! The honesty and detail that he provided when explaining my repairs, well all I can say and this is his presentation was ABSOLUTELY UNBELIEVABLE and I do mean that in the most POSITIVE way.
Even though my checkbook is not happy, I am VERY HAPPY to have chosen DB PLUMBING & DRAIN.
Looking forward to having Tommy back to help me with installing two vanities in my home. :)
Rachel was an absolute pleasure to work with over the phone and very very nice in setting up my appointment and I did appreciate the reminder of my appointment and my text I received so that I knew who would be visiting my home.
