Review content:
We requested installation of a log lighter (a temporary fix), and an estimate for future purchase and installation of a new gas fireplace insert. After an initial misunderstanding as to whether our area was included in the free estimate region, Andy's more than made up for any questions by providing a friendly, knowledgeable tech to install the lighter and measure for a new heater. He was very detail-oriented as well, pointing out possible issues such as complications with existing rock-work on the fireplace façade, and precise detail as to our choices of units going forward. I don't think we will bother with other estimates; Andy's knows the business, and their choice of units and excellent employees, from receptionists to techs, outstrips the competition.
