Review content:
Mr. Cooper performed the most perfect service call. He looked up latest info on the product, then demonstrated how to enter the data into each menu. Listened very patiently while explained the current problem and then explained ,in detail ,what each of the menus controlled.
He also, watched while I performed the settings on the second unit to gain confidence to change settings in the future. Mr. Cooper demonstrated patience, competence and knowledge through out the service procedures. He made suggestions to increase the efficiency of my attic thermal heat loading with new roof coatings and possible updating the electrostatic cleaning system in the future.
