Vernon Family Dentists? I'll pass. I brought myself and my family here for the past 4 years. Having been at other cutting edge dentists before moving to this area I was a little let down by the old school equipment and lack of new technology... But I stayed cause I didn't know of a better one around... I'd like to tell you about the level of quality received from the dentist but i can't ... that's be cause in 4 years I NEVER MET THEM! Oh yes... I went for my check ups every 6 months... got the cleanings and the "exams" billed for it all....But not once did one of the dentists actually look in my mouth. They took x rays one time... yet no one ever told me the results... in fact I never even saw them the films. On top of that we started to get mills for cleanings which are all 100% covered by my insurance... The last straw was when we got a call after missing an appointment. The receptionist was very harsh and when we tried to explain that we had just been the victim of a hit and run and
