I'm sorry to have to write a negative review for this provider, because I personally like the person I saw. I suffer from chronic physical health issues - which this provider says she specializes in - as well as a number of mental health issues. After a year of visits, I have not made any progress or gotten any better. It was difficult to make appointments with her. Also, the office staff was terrible and stopped allowing me to make more than 1 appt at a time, with no explanation. I would be put on hold for a long time any time I tried to call. When I got the answering service instead of staff, messages were not relayed. It was very frustrating. You would think a group that works with people who have mental health issues would be compassionate and understanding. I did not feel they cared at all about me as a person.
