Review content:
Victor, the plumber from Anderson Plumbing Heating and Air, came on time and let me know when he was on the way. He drew me a picture of the way the pipes were to show me where and what the problem was. He did this mostly so that I would be able to explain to the owners what he was doing.
I needed to do laundry as quickly as possible, and Victor was able to do the repair the same day. Initially we thought he would have to come out the next day, but I was lucky.
I really feel that he wasn't trying to swindle us at all. He even had me take a before and after picture to show what was going on. I could tell that he really cared about fixing the problem. He wasn't trying to nickel and dime us. He was definitely honest and trustworthy.
