Review content:
The techs are the best around. I like how they are there, answer questions, explain services and are prompt with concerns. They keep in pretty much in the family and I trust them in my home when I am not available. They are professional, yet friendly. When my daughter had a reaction after treatment for fleas was done, he assured me that if we kept it dry, she would be better. He brought me over the information from the chemical he had used and showed me the labeling and everything. We had to be gone for a few hours for the treatment. We came home and it was pouring rain and the entry area was tile, she slipped and reactivated the chemical on the floor. The next day she looked like she had been swimming in an extremely chlorinated pool. The tech, who is also an owner, came right over and showed me the labeling, made sure she was ok and even checked back in on her a few days later. When we moved, they did not service the area at the time we moved and we went with a national company...VERY dissatisfied and when we found out they were branching out...we jumped back to them. Great service at a decent price.
Pros: professional, reliable, trustworthy, customer service oriented, attentive to issues
Cons: small local area, BUT growing!
