As a new resident in Pinellas Park, one of the issues facing me was finding a trustworthy auto maintenance shop. Based on their reviews, I contacted Peterson's when my car wouldn't start. They arranged to have it towed in, did the appropriate diagnostics and eliminated the normal reasons: battery, solenoid, starter, etc. Fortunately, someone noticed the alarm light was on and it turned out to be a malfunctioning key. The cost for the tests was reasonable, the keys were high (but what isn't these days)? Vince took the time to explain what was going on and was a real pleasure to deal with. I like the feelings of honesty and service that they give to me as a customer. " I'll be back".
