Cody had to come out at 730pm to find out why my new unit was blowing mega heat in the cooling mode. It was 91 degrees in the house and the hair felt like a blow dryer. Cody had just gotten home and said he would head our way right away. He came out and spent about an hour getting it fixed and checking all the systems. He was super friendly, patient and never hurried to get out of there. We had cool air!!!! Thanks Cody. Woolfgang has amazing customer service and I think we are going to love our new unit!
