Do not move into the South Mathilda street property! CA replaced the boiler with a cheap electric heating system that costs $500+ a month to heat an apartment to 60 degrees, Instead of dealing with the issue, CA Properties blamed the electric company. If you look at these apartments, you will find they are largely empty of tenants. The reason is the heating system.
