My first couple of treatments from this Trugreen Chemlawn location were great. After that, it really seemed that the weeds were persisting. On our fifth treatment, I finally figured out why. My husband was home when the rep came to treat the lawn. The rep didn't realize that my husband was home, watching him from our upstairs bedroom window. My husband watched this rep sit in his truck for 10 minutes, then come up and affix the invoice to our door and drive away without treating the lawn!!! What made matters worse was that the Trugreen franchise did NOT handle things well when I called to notify them of this and essentially implied that we were lying.
Even worse still, Trugreen continued to solicit us via annoying and intrusive telemarketing calls even after I requested multiple times they stop calling. Needless to say, I would NEVER consider using this particular Trugreen franchise again.
