Our heater went out in the dead of winter and Blue Flame was the first to offer to send someone out right away. It was clear the heater was not able to be repaired. Adam was very patient with us and worked with us to help us decide how to proceed. We ended up ordering a new heater and AC heat pump. Blue Flame sent out a team of workers who were all so friendly and hard working. There were several glitches in the installation and they just kept working it until everything was done to perfection. The price was great, the service was excellent, and the heater works great. Can't wait to have A.C. this summer.
