Pretty much every vitamin or supplement you need, along with natural soaps and the like. Good selection of healthy foods in the grocery section. I have never tried the cafe.\r

Prices, of course, are on the high side. If I am buying more than one or two things, and I don't need them right away, I go to vitacost.com. But it's nice having a good brick and mortar nearby.
