Didnt receive the services I scheduled an appt. for. I called to schedule a cleaning. I was a first time patient. I did all the normal paperwork as expected. Was brought in and had gumline inspection. xrays done. consult with Dr. Told I had starting of peridontal diease, 4 cavaties and needed a crown. Then sent to consultation to establish a payment program for this work. I said thats great but what about the cleaning I came in for? Was told this work needs to be done first.
Thats like going to the Mechanic for an oil change and told your tires are bad, and sent away without the oil change.
I am unable to pay for the 4 cavaties and crown at this time.
that will have to wait while the teeth that havent been cleaned in a few years wait longer. When my finanical condition improves, I will come back.
