I started seeing Ady for massage to treat symptoms related to my TMJ disorder in March. Ady is a Master of her trade. She is highly skilled in massage and alternative treatments, specifically massage for TMJ. She immediately, after one treatment, helped alleviate my discomfort/pain and started me on the path to wellness. Additionally, she always offered teaching and interventions that I could use at home to assist me with my recovery. More importantly, Ady is extremely empathetic, kind, professional and encouraging. I always left a massage believing I was going to get better because of her encouraging and motivating words. Although Ady is extremely therapeutic in her treatment approaches and rapport with her patients, I truly believe her lived experience with the illness (TMJ Disorder) is what makes her so unique. She knows first hand what interventions are effective and beneficial. I highly recommend Ady to anyone suffering with symptoms related to TMJ. Her massage and treatment techniques will improve the quality of your life and help you heal.
