I have received years of massages and physical therapy for TMJ and fibromylgia. Ady is indeed an expert at understanding how your body is connected and thus finding the true source of your pain or discomfort and relieving it. Someone who can relax you but also ease your ails is virtually impossible to find. Well, she is at Kavana! Ady is truly a miracle worker!!!!!
Pros: A real massage therapist who can read your body!
