10/9/09, I brought my cat Sydney in and discussed with Dr. Lewis my concerns about her health. Dr. Lewis made a list of possible issues. He did not do any tests, he only wanted to treat the ear infection and return in 10 days for follow up. During this visit, he checked her ears and didn?t clean the scope. I took Sydney back on 10/16/09. During this visit with Dr. Lewis, I voiced my concerns. I asked if we should do a blood test and x-ray now, as well as address the tooth. Dr. Lewis examined Sydney with a vet tech. I offered to hold Sydney and he said it?s not allowed. He picked up a scope, I asked if it was clean and before I could explain my concern, the vet tech said, ?It?s not like we leave them on the floor or anything. Of course it?s clean.? I tried to explain my concern to Dr. Lewis about cross contamination, since he said she had an ear infection. Dr. Lewis did not say anything, but during this ear examination, he cleaned the instrument before inserting into
