We are new client using Review Buzz for approx 3 wks now. I have been provided a dedicated success coach, Kimberly Huynh. Kimberly has been awesome to work with in going through the process of learning and using the program. She has been very helpful and encouraging. I have been provided a great number of resources for guidance, follows up and answers any questions I may have. Kimberly has a great personality and is very easy to talk to and also gets my "Phila" accent :)
Our company is looking forward to Review Buzz helping us to guide our customers in providing our company feedback to ensure they have had a great experience from beginning to end and in letting others know of our excellent service by leaving us GREAT reviews !!
