The first contact by phone was ok, I called on a Saturday morning and was told they could have someone out to the house between 1:30 and 3:30. They would not give me any kind of quote over the phone. My problem was the flushing mechanism in my toilet needed to be replaced and there was also a leak coming out of the valve that came from the toilet to the wall. I had already purchased the flushing mechanism, which the tech used, this was probably a 12.00 part, the rest he suplied. I have to mention that this was for my 80 yr old mother's house which I mentioned to the Tech. No matter when it came to charging for the service, he showed me prices in his Roto Rooter Manuel and came up with something like 568.00... Yes, to replace a flushing mecahnism and valve, and he stated he was giving me a discount. When I questioned it, he said, "how much are you willing to pay"? Unbelivable!! I feel stupid enough for agreeing to 550.00, for a job that took him roughly 20 minutes, because after that he
