Mr. Gabler sketched some preliminary plans for my yard and said he would call with an estimate, but two weeks passed without a word. When I called to ask about the delay, the lady who took the message said she "would try to get him to call you back." I live in a modest house, mentioned a budget, and said I was considering doing the work in stages. I have no doubt Mr. Gabler's rudeness stemmed from an unjust judgment that I would not be a profitable client. This business does not deserve to boast that "Our timeliness and professionalism set(s) us apart from anyone (else) in the business."
