When Premier Patio Covers came to install patio covers on my property, they arrived late and rushed through the job resulting in errors, unfinished and sloppy work, damage to the products installed and messes left on my property and my neighbor’s property. They returned a couple of times to complete the work and correct the problems, however, after inspecting their work, many problem areas were observed. Premier Patio Covers was notified of this and they refused to address the problems. I had warranty questions and workmanship issues so I filed a complaint with the Nevada Contractors Board. The complaint was validated by the inspector who instructed Premier to correct workmanship issues. It took Premier two trips to my property to properly correct these issues. I also had to ask the investigator to assist me in obtaining the EnergyStar tax credit form from Premier for the insulated ceiling panel installed on my property because when I asked Premier for it, they refused to give
