Lukasz was extremely helpful resolving our sewer issue. Our pipes were clogged with tree roots which caused a backup of water into our basement. He provided options regarding the handling of the situation. He was very patient and detailed in regards to explaining what each option was and how it may help us. This made us feel comfortable and confident that we made the right decision regarding the option we choose. He seemed to care about our situation and took the time to help us. He was quick to respond to our concern, thorough regarding the cost options, and effectively following through to successfully complete the job. We would highly recommend him to others. His performance was excellent.
