Absolutely outstanding service! Just when I thought customer service was a thing of the past, I found this body shop. They made everything quick and easy and hassle free. Getting in a car accident is already such a hassle, so it was such a relief to hand my car/problem over to the professionals at Steve Grabke. Andy at the front desk was very personable and helpful. I dropped my car off and a rental was ready and waiting for me. I just had to sign a piece of paper and she gave me the keys. I was pleased to see that the rental they got me had leather seats, Bluetooth, GPS and touch screen just like my car so I was very comfortable driving it. I was also pleasantly surprised that my car was ready within the week...less than 5 days. I dropped the rental off and Andy asked me if I left anything and I said no. I paid and then he came out to double check and found that I had left some things in the trunk of the car. My car was sparkling clean inside and out and he even started it for me while I paid inside so it was nice and toasty warm when I drove off. This is five star service. The best I've ever experienced at a body shop.
