Thank you, Thank you, Thank you! We returned from vacation at 12am on Sunday night to find that our 19 year old daughter had cause a major clog. The dishwasher and washer were backing up through the downstairs toilet, and flooding into the basement. My husband tried for an hour to snake it with no luck. Needless to say we were very stressed. We cleaned up and went to bed. First thing in the morning my husband called Roto-Rooter at my suggestion. He was a little unsure, because he had never used them before. He called and they said they would be over within an hour. They were prompt, and told my husband they could have it fixed in about an hour. After an hour they had removed the paper towel that our daughter had flushed, and all the downstairs drains were completely clear of dirt and gunk.
